Emotional Freedom Technique


EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a simple technique that is successful in a huge range of emotional, physical & performance issues.

EFT provides rapid relief & it often works where nothing else does.

EFT is a meridian based energy therapy. Based on the same principles as used in acupuncture & is a form of psychological acupressure.

EFT works on the principle that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.
